Cohort program · limited to 50 founders

Architect of a Zero-Human Company

We design a company that runs without you in operations. Marketing, sales, support, administration and finance — on AI agents. The agent team takes operations; you stay CEO and set the direction.

How this program is different

Five modules over 13 weeks plus a prep week: from a map of your company to a team of agents you actually trust. Not an autopilot "without you", but managed operations under your control. Everything is deployed on your own cloud server with open tools, so you can take the system with you.

Trust is earned

Agents gain autonomy step by step, after four checkpoints.

We show our kitchen

LeadUp AI is run by a team of agents on the very tools we teach: Paperclip, Hermes, OpenClaw and n8n. You see the breakdown: what works, what broke, what we handed back to humans.

Laws across countries

You build a compliance matrix for your clients' markets, wherever you live.

The tools are yours

The server, the keys and the data belong to you — not to the course platform.

Four checkpoints

Each checkpoint verifies the system is ready for the next level of agent autonomy. If you miss the first time, there is one revision within a week.

Five modules

63 lessons, 8–12 minutes each · 11-week core
01Module 1. Foundation: what to hand over to agentsWeeks 1–211 lessonsTemplates and tables

You break your company down as a system of processes, measure what the routine actually costs, and decide what can go to agents and what must stay with you.

02Module 2. Core: your first agent, memory and model choiceWeeks 3–516 lessonsPaperclip · Hermes · n8n · Claude Code · Codex

You launch your first agent in Paperclip, give it your company knowledge base, and choose an AI model by testing it on your own tasks — not by leaderboards.

Outcome: an agent in reporting mode, a regulation base, a decision log and a model-choice matrix.

03Module 3. Departments on agentsWeeks 6–818 lessonsn8n · OpenClaw · HermesAcquisition channel starts week 3

You put two processes into production: a client department for your vertical and financial reporting. In parallel you launch an acquisition channel and see how our own operations are built.

Module goal: two processes run under a decision log, and the board gets a weekly report.

04Module 4. Control: stay in charge and stay compliantWeeks 9–109 lessonsPaperclip: budgets, logs, fallback adapters

You learn to keep the system under control and understand what rules apply in your clients' markets, wherever you live.

You design the agent org chart, assemble a control centre and defend your project in front of the cohort.

Outcome: a dashboard, a board report and a 90-day plan.
01Org chart: board, CEO-agent, departments, executors
02Start with three to five agents
03Clean handoffs and shared context

The course stack

The tools we work on and teach you, and the workshops inside the live sessions.

Orchestrator
Paperclip
Agent org chart, roles, budgets, action log, a single dashboard.
Agents
Hermes, OpenClaw
Hermes is the primary front-agent, keeping memory and skills; OpenClaw is used for comparison in chats and messengers.
Executors
Claude Code, Codex, Grok
Connected to Paperclip via adapters. Grok uses the community adapter.
Processes
n8n
Integrations, CRM leads, reports.
Everything is deployed on your own cloud server (VPS) in week 0.
The tools are open and run on your keys. Server and API costs are separate; you set the spending limits.
Tool versions are pinned for the duration of the cohort.
The program's principles are not tied to tools: when a tool changes, you migrate the logic instead of starting over.

Tool lab

Seven workshops inside live sessions: you work on your own server and on your own business tasks.

Week0
Server
VPS, security checklist, Paperclip, Hermes, keys and spending limits.
Week3
First agent
Hermes in Paperclip in reporting mode, agent files, wake schedule.
Week4
Processes on n8n
A scenario from trigger to action: CRM lead, weekly report.
Week5
Adapters and model choice
We compare Claude Code, Codex, Hermes across providers and Grok via the community adapter on your 30–50 tasks. We set budget limits.
Week7
Hermes as front-agent
The primary front-agent in the customer chat is Hermes; OpenClaw is for comparison. Boundaries, escalations, isolation.
Week9
Control and failures
Log, audit, fallback adapters, emergency stop.
Week11
Org chart and dashboard
Agent org chart, CEO-agent, control centre.

What you take away

a working server with a system of agents

an AI model-choice matrix
a compliance matrix for your clients' markets
a board report, a dashboard and a 90-day plan
Why us

Not "selling theory"

We build exactly what we live by.

Operating proof

LeadUp AI is run by a team of AI agents built on the open Paperclip orchestration platform, Hermes and OpenClaw agents, and n8n processes. This is our current operation, not a presentation of the future.

Honest about the limits

Strategy, brand voice and key decisions stay with you. Agents execute under supervision. Anyone selling "fully without you" is selling a fairy tale.

Secure by default

Read-only access by default, an action log, approvals on critical paths, and personal-data protection (GDPR) principles.

Workload and costs

Workload

5–7 hours a week

Lessons of 8–12 minutes, a weekly 90-minute live session in two time slots (recorded), 3–4 hours of practice on your own business. Week 0 needs another 3–5 hours.

Live sessions

  • weekly, 90 minutes
  • two time slots
  • recording stays with you
  • practice on your own business

Infrastructure costs

The cloud server and model APIs are paid separately. We'll give an indicative estimate for the server and model spend before the cohort starts; you set the limits.

Week 0

Preparing the server

Before the start we deploy the working environment on your cloud server (VPS) — together, in a live session, following a step-by-step guide and a ready deployment template.

Week 0 outcome: a working server hardened against the security checklist, Paperclip running, Hermes connected, keys issued and provider spending limits set.

Server security

  • SSH-key login, password login disabled
  • Firewall: only SSH and HTTPS exposed to the outside
  • Agent panel local-only, reachable via a secure tunnel or Tailscale
  • Keys stored in environment variables, not in plain files

What you'll need

  • a VPS provider account and a bank card for payment
  • a key for at least one AI model provider
  • 3–5 hours of prep, including one live installation session
Server guide: from 4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM for the whole stack
Minimum: Paperclip — 2 vCPU / 4 GB
Hermes — from 2 GB RAM
Who it's for

Is this program a fit

A fit

If you own or lead a business with customers and processes, want to hand operations to agents, and are ready to make decisions like a board of directors.

No programming required: the workshop runs on two levels — no-code and technical. We help with the server in a live session.

Not a fit

If you're looking for a "switch it on and it runs without me" button, can't set aside at least 3 hours a week, or don't want to work with a cloud server even with step-by-step help.

If you don't yet have customers or processes — there's a training company case for that, but real-business results will be smaller.

Frequently asked

Is it really "without people"?
Strategy, brand voice and key decisions stay with you. AI agents take operations under supervision. "Fully without you" doesn't exist — and we say so honestly.
How much does the program cost?
We'll announce the price of the next cohort at the start of intake. Leave a request — we'll send the terms and a Q&A slot first.
Who is it for?
Owners of small and mid-sized businesses, services and shops who want to hand operations to agents and decide like a board of directors instead of growing headcount for routine.
Do I need a technical background?
No. The program runs from a process map to Paperclip: the workshop works on two levels — no-code and technical. We help with the server deployment in the week-0 live session.
What happens after the program?
The server, keys and data stay with you, not the course platform. You leave with a dashboard, a board report and a 90-day plan. On request — a workflows export so you can run the system yourself.

Don't want to build the system yourself? We'll build it for you — done-for-you.
