How fast do you respond?

Within one business day (Moscow time, Mon–Fri). If your task is urgent — mention it in your message and we'll come back within hours.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing mandatory. If you have a process map in Miro or Notion, attach the link — the conversation goes faster. If not — words work too.

Who reads the messages?

The founder — Vladimir Nagin. Not a sales team. Deliberate choice: a process conversation should be with someone who builds the systems.

What if I just have a question, not a project?

Totally fine. We answer questions too — «which stack fits our use case» or «is it the right time for a pilot». Sometimes the honest answer is «AI isn't needed here» — that's also a result.

What do you do with my data?

Data is stored to reply to your message. Not shared with third parties, not used to train models. Deleted on request. Details in our privacy policy.
